Run Talk Run is a global mental health running group. Run and talk, free from judgement or competition, with our community running groups.

About this event

Run Talk Run Auckland is a weekly 5km gentle jog, meeting Wednesday 6pm at Lululemon Ponsonby. Before every run there is a window of time to meet the other runners and say hello to the run leader.

It's alright if you're a little anxious and quiet - we 'get it' at Run Talk Run.

The leader then explains the logistics of the route (reminding the group that the run is gentle and that there is no pressure to "keep up"), and that at the forefront of our runs is support... this really is a safe space to talk about how you're really doing.

Raining? No matter the weather, we will run! (unless it is physically not safe)

Have your bag? We have bag drop. The team at Lululemon have kindly offered some space for us to safely store our bags in store, while we are off running.
