Event description
We're delighted to invite you to the join us for the launch of our latest research on ‘Generation Rent’. Spaces are limited.

About this event

Median prices for residential property across New Zealand increased by 28.7% from $637,000 in June 2020 to $820,000 in June 2021 according to REINZ. Affordability is the biggest barrier survey respondents saw to purchasing their first home. Are we set to see prices fall, or will the upwards trajectory continue? How does the situation in New Zealand compared to what other countries are experiencing? What are the ramifications of the massive generational wealth transfer for this generation of home buyers and their own children?

We're delighted to invite you to the join us for the launch of our latest research on 'Generation Rent'. which will reveal the answers to these questions and more. We will be holding a cocktail function and our panel of experts will discuss the research findings. Spaces are limited, so please make sure you register to attend.
