The Future of Fashion Showcase is a curated selection of designers to watch out for. With three plus years in business, this selection of up-and-coming brands are redefining what a fashion brand of the future looks like.

As part of NZFW’s evolution, we've reimagined the Next Gen Show platform of previous years to create something with greater longevity - a refined concept that champions designers who are not just creatively driven, but commercially focused.

The Future of Fashion Showcase will highlight the emerging designers making waves in our industry.

This year's panel selectors include previous Next Gen finalist, Wellington-based designer James Bush, leading photographer Holly Sarah Burgess, New York-based New Zealand creative director, stylist and founder of Thistles Thistle Brown; and creative director, journalist and New Zealand Fashion Week board member Dan Ahwa.

Just steps from the runway, you can visit our on-site bar to indulge in a selection of delicious bites and premium beverages. There is a great selection of food, wine, cocktails and more for pre or post runway entertaining. You can also upgrade your tickets to access our VIP hosting lounge.

What parking options are nearby?

Parking: The Downtown and Britomart car parks are nearby, with the Downtown carpark a 10-minute walk from the venue. 

Is there a Drop Off point?

A drop-off point for taxis and rideshares is located directly across from the Shed 10 building. 

What are the public transport options?

Shed 10 is close to the ferry terminal and Britomart Transport Centre, making it easily accessible by public transport. 

How accessible is Shed 10?

Lift Access: A passenger lift is available for access to all levels of the venue.  Accessible Toilets: Shed 10 has accessible toilets and there is directional signage indicating where these toilets are located in the venue.
