PRESENTATION DETAILS

Around the world in... 20 minutes

Presented by Sarmed Syed and Davy Dao

We invite you to follow the (un)expected journey of our team members across the world. Having worked on every continent (except Antarctica), we will discuss the cultural differences and their impacts on personal and professional life as well as career development.

As someone said “Live abroad, if you can and understand cultures other than your own. As your understanding of other cultures increases, your understanding of yourself and your own culture will increase exponentially to make you (perhaps) a better person” and actuary.
