About this event

To add to your experience there is the option to purchase a packed lunch from Eat My Lunch who, for each lunch bought, will provide a second lunch to a Kiwi kid in need. The MusicHelps team will pick up your lunch on the morning and bring it to Gibbs Farm - you will just need to collect it from one of our friendly staff members when you arrive at the sculpture park.

Gibbs Farm is a private sculpture and exotic animal park on the Kaipara Harbour, internationally famous and a viewing experience quite unlike any other.

Created by entrepeneur Alan Gibbs, the farm features over 25 large-scale artworks by renown sculptors from around the world. It also features free roaming flocks of Emu, a Giraffe enclosure, Alpaca and other exotic animals.

Gibbs Farm is a private property, open monthly by prior appointment only to artists, educational institutions, charities and the public.

There is no fee for visiting Gibbs Farm.

To purchase your lunch:

Visit to select your delicious packed lunch option

Use Eat My Lunch’s postcode (1010) as your delivery postcode

Use Eat My Lunch’s address (5 Galatos Street, Auckland Central, 1010) as your delivery address

Note Friday 25th Nov as your pick up date

Use code MUSICHELPS to remove the shipping cost and ensure that the MusicHelps team picks up your lunch on the day

We will collect your lunch on the 25th and deliver it to Gibbs Farm where it will be ready for you to pick up at 10am

There are no refunds for this event, and tickets cannot be transferred to another date. In the unlikely event that the fundraiser cannot be held on this date, it will be rescheduled or payments will be refunded.

There are large lakes and ponds as well as animals throughout the property that will require supervision of children at all times.

The sculpture trail is a 7km hilly walk and is not wheelchair friendly. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.

There is not an onsite café so please bring a packed lunch or order one through Eat My Lunch which we will have ready for you on the day. Please bring your own water and sunscreen!

Dogs are not allowed.

Entry to Gibbs Farm for your ticket holders to be via our main entrance (2421 Kaipara Coast Highway) to minimise traffic congestion etc.

MusicHelps develops and supports projects in the community that use the power of music to help people in need. This includes music projects all over Aotearoa that help disabled people, people with serious health conditions and people that are at risk and vulnerable. The charity also provides professional tailored counselling, crisis support and emergency financial assistance to kiwi music workers experiencing illness, distress and hardship.
