Holly Hill, Property Partner at MinterEllisonRuddWatts will discuss the recent Synlait Supreme Court decision, the Courts discretion to modify restrictive land covenants under the Property Law Act and ultimately how the changing physical landscape can defeat registered Property rights. Minters was directly involved in the case and Holly will bring a uniquely informed perspective to the case analysis.
