Thinking about flatting in 2019, but not sure where to start?
Come and learn the basic tools you will need to get started in life in a flat at this year's Guide to Flatting night.
This free event is hosted by Real Estate Coach, Angela Little, a well-known property manager and motivational speaker. The night includes an information session with Tenancy Services, a Q and A with our panel of housing experts and a flatting themed game show - you could be in to win an iPad mini!
You will have the chance to ask your questions about flatting, win prizes and take away a practical information pack.
Some of the topics covered are:
- Tenancy agreements
- Bonds
- Disputes
- Flatmate vs. tenant
- What to look for when searching for a property
- Your responsibilities as a tenant
