Friday 23rd October,2020

4pm- Arrival of devotees

6 pm - Movie Night with Pop Corns or Kirtan

7.30 pm- Dinner

8.30 to 9.30 pm- Welcome speech followed by kirtan

Saturday 24th October,2020

7am- Deity greeting and Guru Puja

8.30 am- Breakfast

9 am to 1.30 pm- H.H Devamrta Swami Vyas Puja Celebration and Class by Maharaj

9 am to 1.30 pm- Kid's activity in a Separate Rooms

9 am to 1.30 pm - Options - Soak in hot pools, Sight Seeing

1.30pm -to 3 pm Prasadam

3pm to 4.30pm break

4.30pm-9.30pm: Evening program (Talent show, kirtan, performances)

Sunday 25th October, 2020

7am-Deity greeting and Guru Puja

8am- Seminar by H.H Devamrta Swami

9am- Breakfast

10am- Outdoor fun

1pm- Hot Pools

3.30pm-Prasadam

4.30pm-9.30pm: Evening program (drama, kirtan ,performance)

Q: When is this festival?

A: Labour weekend! 23rd October- 26th October 2020

Q: Is there any transport available to get from Auckland to Rotorua?

A: Yes, We are in the process of arranging this. For more info, please contact Suryachandra Krishna Prabhu.

Q: When should we arrive for the festival?

A: Friday 23rd October. Check in is 4pm onwards. Dinner prasad will be served at 7pm on the first day.

Q: What is the last day of the festival?

A: Monday 26th, after lunch. Check out is 3pm.

Q: Do I need to register if we aren’t staying on site?

A: Yes, we need to know how many we are catering for.

Q: How many meals will be provided daily?

A: Two meals. Prasadam will be served at 9am and then again at 3pm

Q: Will there be vegan prasad available?

A: Yes

Q: Is anyone welcome to come for this festival?

A: Yes, anyone is more than welcome!

Q: Will there be any special guests attending the festival?

A: Yes, H.H Devamrta Swami will attend this festival

Q: If I bring my family, is there a cottage I can hire?

A: Yes there are bigger places available for families but, not very many so it’ll be on a 'first in first served' basis.

Q: How much would it cost for a cottage?

A: $310 for the whole festival.

Q: Will there be activities for children?

A: Yes, more info to come.

Q: Do I need to pay beforehand or when I arrive?

A: You must send payment through asap as this is part of registering.

Q: Can we get our money back if we can’t make it?

A: Sorry, no refunds.

Q: Can I attend a day or two?

A: Yes, but there is a set amount for the festival so you would still need to pay the full price.

Q: Do I need to pay for prasadam?

A: Prasadam is free.

Q: Can I stay elsewhere in Rotorua?

A: Yes. You would still need to register but it would be no cost. Prasadam would be no cost too. We will be happy if you wish to donate any money.

Q: How much would it be for a single person to attend this festival?

A: $55 per person. You would be staying in a dormitory with other devotees. Ladies and Men will be in a separate dormitory . There will be separate dormitory for the family. Also there are other options such as caravans, Motor homes etc. Talk to Surya Chandra
