Our topic this time will be focussed on work Christmas functions. Please reflect on the following questions and share your experience on the day:
Question: Have you ever had to deal with employees’ brawling or smooching during a work’s Christmas party? If so, how did you deal with it and what actions did your organisation take to prevent this from happening again?
Question: What measures does your organisation put in place to manage your health and safety responsibilities as a PCBU in regard to alcohol at a Christmas function?
HR Cafe Connects are for HR Professionals to connect for some conversation, collegiality, problem sharing and solving and professional networking. This is a great way to make new contacts near where you work.
