About this event
Ko au ko te huringa āhuarangi, ko te huringa āhuarangi ko au, I am the changing climate, the changing climate is me.
Come along to a panel talk with some of our local foodies to discuss how climate change intersects with restaurants and their food systems, food consumption and waste, eating, and growing locally and seasonally.
Our amazing panellists include; Asher Boote owner of Hillside Kitchen and Cellar, Nalini Baruch owner and founder of LOT EIGHT Olive Oil, Matt Dagger the general manager of Kaibosh and Jannine Rickards (Ngā Puhi, Ngāi Te Rangi) director of Huntress Wines and Te Kawa Robb (Ngāti Awa, Ngāti Pūkeko, Ngāti Ranginui, Ngāi Te Rangi) the Kaiwhakahaere Matua (Managing Director) of Mauri Ora Consulting. You do not want to miss this!
There will be a Q&A at the end for you to ask the panellists your burning questions.
Booking is required to secure your seat. There will be walk-in availability on the night.
This event is apart of a series of climate change talks that will be occurring bi-monthly, keep an eye out for more info on our upcoming talks.
