Take Notice, with support from sponsors, are excited to invite you as a graduate of He Puāwai Manukura to the Graduates Day on Wednesday 01 May 2024, in Tāmaki Makaurau.


Throughout the day we aim to:


  • Collectively celebrate the success of the 2023 / 2024 He Puāwai Manukura graduates.
  • Whakawhanaunga and enrich a sense of ‘kotahitanga’ (unity and togetherness) across the motu.
  • Establish a ‘call to action’ to demonstrate ‘lived experience leadership in action’.


Please note that this one-day event is for He Puāwai Manukura whānau who have completed the four day Peer, Lived Experience Leadership kaupapa, as well as invited guests and stakeholders.

What can I expect from the day?

An agenda will be sent out closer to the time, to registered attendees.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport & Conference Centre do have onsite car parking available.

Will there be lunch provided?

We have organised catering with the venue, and a buffet style lunch will be provided, as well as light refreshments for morning and afternoon tea. Please let us know if you have dietary requirements before Monday 22 April 2024.

Can I come to the Graduates Day, if I still have sessions to complete?

You will need to be enrolled to complete remaining sessions in the upcoming April (Waikato) or April / May virtual training. If you require dates for these, please let us know.

Will there be support available for those who are travelling outside of Auckland?

At present there are no available funds for travel, however, we will keep you updated if this changes. We are currently working on comms that you can give to your organisation that will hopefully be helpful in supporting you to attend the kaupapa.
