Welcome young adventurer, In Partnership with Craftlab NZ & Auckland Council Parks Team we have an awesome nature based day program for kids aged 8-12 yrs Old . Program starts at 9am & Pick up is 3pm & Lunch is not provided but we will cook a yummy snack which will be provided. The program is as follows.
Kaitiakitanga: We will learn & look at the impact that pests species have on our beautiful environment & look at ways we can help for a better future.
Crafting This activity is a step back in time to skills of old. There will be a hands on workshops on how to make your own rope & other craft items from natural resources.
Camp Cooking We will literally bang rocks together to have an opportunity in a safe environment to learn the skills of Bear Grylls to make fire & cook a yummy snack & bush tea.
