Event description
For experienced leaders and facilitators who are looking to lift and shift their facilitation to help teams to move to high performance

About this Event

Teams, teams, teams - relevant for sports, big in corporates and still alive for agile in the form of scrums and tribes. A good team is one of the basic building blocks for successful organisations to unlock results - so how do we facilitate teams to thrive and deliver business results, fast?.

Have you developed great leadership / presenting / facilitation skills and approaches and are ready to evolve your facilitation to work with leadership teams and boards? Or are you a successful leader who is now leading leaders or required to lead or facilitate cross functional groups?

Who is this for?

  • Experienced leaders and facilitators who are looking to lift and shift their facilitation to help teams move to high performance
  • Leaders looking to bring teams together quickly and effectively, and deliver results fast.
  • Leaders who want to facilitate teams from or through conflict to resolution.

What you can expect: At this workshop you'll learn a set of tools for diagnosing issues, reinforcing critical skills, and driving superior performance for the team you lead or those you facilitate. Participants will walk away with an improved capability to design, facilitate and lead teams - getting the best out of the people they lead, at the same time developing their own personal leadership & facilitation skills.

  • Refresh core design principles to be able to design advanced approaches to deliver outcomes - the why, how and what.
  • Build on core principles from your initial DIY facilitation training of ‘making it hard to be difficult’ and challenging personas.

  • Understand the mindset, approaches, tools and best practice to move dysfunctional teams through storming to performing, and good teams to great teams.
  • Explore and practice high impact tools for team facilitation.
  • Understand how to best connect with groups through tailoring your responses to fit the situation.
  • Manage your state and presence to ensure you model and create the space for team breakthrough to be possible.
  • A Q&A deep dive to explore specific issues you have or will face.
  • Receive feedback to level up your facilitation and ongoing coaching support for specific team facilitation sessions you are preparing for or require a debrief from.
