Description

Housing Matters: Inner City Living in Christchurch
Case studies and tools to unlock central city living

A vibrant and thriving central city needs people. As central Christchurch takes shape and new drawcards and businesses open, we invite you to join us to explore how we can deliver inner city homes for 20,000 residents to help transform the central city into the bustling heart of our community.

Come along to this free breakfast session to investigate case studies of central city residential development and \explore a range of tools to unlock central city living.

Delivering the number and range of homes needed will require a concerted and collaborative effort. Join with other developers, investors, designers, building professionals, planners and policy makers to discuss the issues. Outputs from this informative and interactive session will feed into a residential work programme being developed by the Christchurch City Council and its regeneration partners.

The event is free and breakfast is provided. Doors open at 7.30am for breakfast - session starts at approx. 8am.
