How to Complete a P3M3 Self-Assessment
Event Information
About this Event
Every organisation can benefit from knowing exactly were it is right now in terms of project management maturity and using this information to determine the optimal level of maturity and how to get there. Being at the right level of project management maturity delivers real tangible and quantifiable benefits. The Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3) provides a framework for organisations to assess and benchmark their current performance and effectively develop plans for improvement.
The full diagnostic assessment is usually done by an experienced and certified AXELOS P3M3 consultant using the full P3M3 tool which features thousands of assessment points and produces an in-depth assessment, report and recommendations. We have been doing those for years and we know the value they produce but we also understand that not everyone is ready, nor has the resources, to complete the full diagnostic P3M3 assessment. AXELOS also has the Self-Assessment option which can be done quickly and even though it only has about 70 scoring areas, it can still produce a high level insight into where your organisation is, and where it needs to go to get real tangible benefits from improvements in project management.
This 1 hour webinar will take you through the P3M3 self-assessment tool, and you will learn ways to improve the self-assessment with simple techniques and tools. You will get copies of the AXELOS P3M3 Self-Assessment tool, and also copies of our self-assessment scoring sheet. After attending this webinar you will have the skills and tools you need to carry out your own self-assessment.
This webinar is for anyone interested in assessing and improving their approach to portfolio, programme and project management. If you can't make the planned day and time then your registration fee will get you access to the recorded session plus the downloads.
Crystal Consulting is an Approved Consulting Partner with AXELOS is carries out many P3M3 assessments each year.
