Vicky’s background is 25+ years in HR Consulting, Recruitment, General Management, Accounting and Finance. With a degree in Management Studies and Labour Relations and strong experience with SME’s, Vicky has proven herself as an integral member of many businesses, working alongside them to support in all areas of HR and Recruitment. Vicky specialises in Restructures/Redundancies, Staff Performance and Recruitment and enjoys working alongside businesses, alleviating stress and maximising returns along with empowering businesses to make the required changes when necessary through having the right advice, processes and documentation in place.
