This 3-hour interactive workshop dives into:

• Understanding the differences between poor performance | misconduct | serious misconduct
• The stages of a disciplinary and/or dismissal process and the actions involved
• Support People – when to invite and what their roles are
• Personal grievances – what happens when one is raised
