IRHACE have cancelled the rescheduled dates of the 05-06 May 2022 event due to ongoing Covid Red settings which limit gathering numbers to under 100 attendees.
They are now working with all exhibitors, speakers and sponsors towards confirming details for a 2023 event.

The HVAC & R Technology Expo is focused on providing the most up to date information for:

The Expo in the "AirTouch Pavilion 3" will incorporate the Thursday conference programme and finals of The Apprentice of the Year competition, where the best of the apprentices for 2021 will complete the practical section to win the title. On Friday, supplier product presentations Industry Updates and Building Control Technology updates will share the "AirTouch Pavilion 3" with exhibitors.
Expo sites are available from 3x3m-12x3m with specific exhibitor inclusions (eg: allocated parking, café vouchers, Welcome Night drinks vouchers). Additional parking, café and Welcome Night drinks vouchers can be purchased through Ticketing section for additional staff or guest requirements.
Nestled inside "AirTouch Pavilion 3" is the “Competenz VIP Exhibitor Hub". This is a quiet meeting space in the Expo Hall. This area is set with café style and lounge style furniture. This is a bookable space for all exhibitors with access to tea and coffee. Spaces available on a first in- first serve basis. See booking options in Ticketing section. Furniture options set to hold 2 groups of 2-3 pax comfortably per 1 hour time slot.
The "AirTouch Chill Zone" is designed as an area for visitors to sit and relax or for exhibitors to hold informal meetings off their stand. This space is offered free of charge, does not require booking and is available on a first in- first serve basis.
The IRHACE Conference on Thursday 16 September 2021 is designed to support business owners with the most up to date commentary on climate change, sustainability, adaptation, resilience and new technologies. The IRHACE Conference will be held onstage within the "AirTouch Pavilion 3" so that all visitors and exhibitors can benefit from hearing from our speaking line-up free of charge.
The conference programme has been divided up into interesting modules covering the current market situation and the economic impact of Covid 19, Apprentice Training and Qualifications, Healthy Homes, Refrigeration and Indoor Air Quality, Wellbeing in Our Industry, The Fundamentals of employment contracts and Health & Safety.

2. Attend the IRHACE Conference: Update your knowledge – better your business:
Listen to our great range of speakers discussing how our industry is impacted by climate change, sustainability, adaptation, resilience and new technologies. The IRHACE Conference will be held onstage within the "AirTouch Pavilion 3" so that all visitors and exhibitors can benefit from hearing from our speaking line-up free of charge. Conference sessions will be held on Thu 16 September between 9.40am-3.10pm.

3. Attend the Wrap-up Dinner- brought to you by CCCANZ: (Now Fri 17 September 2021).
Due to the additional time required for judging of the Apprentice of the Year competition, this casual event replaces the Thursday night dinner from the July programme. It will now be held at Lone Star Alexandra Park (223 Green Lane West, Epsom, Auckland 1051) from 6.30pm. If you are attending the dinner, please note you will need to move your vehicle from the ASBSG after derig on Thursday night to avoid being locked at ASBSG. There is underground parking underneath Lone Star.
Dinner tickets for this will be $65 + GST pp and will include a shared starter, a choice of mains and a choice of dessert. Beverages will be a cash bar. We have a maximum capacity of 85 pax.
Single Ticket price $65 + GST plus credit card processing and registration site charges.
We have already been in contact with guests who had booked the Thursday night dinner tickets and have arranged to transfer the tickets to Friday & we will be issuing partial or full refunds accordingly.
4. The Product Presentation Zones:
These are bookable ½ hr time slots onstage in the "AirTouch Pavilion 3"on Friday 17 September 2021. This provides a free opportunity for HVAC & R Expo booth holders to educate and update visitors and clients about new products or services they are providing. The main stage will have a presentation screen, sound (presenter mics & AV presentation sound for embedded videos), basic stage lighting. Max of 6 sessions available on Friday at 10.00am, 11.02pm, 12.04pm, 1.06pm, 1.37pm and 2.08pm. These time slots must be booked on the registration portal and will be on a first in- first served basis. Industry updates will be interspersed during the Product Presentation Zones.
5. Advertise your business in The HVAC & R Technology Expo and Conference Handbook.
Quarter, half, two thirds of a page and full-page advertisements are available from $150-$500 + GST per ad plus credit card processing and registration site charges (Total costs range from $ 181.69-$604.31). The A5 Handbook will be given to all attendees & delegates. All advertising artwork and information for the Exhibitor handbook must be submitted by Mon 23 August 2021. Please supply PDF Vector art if logo/ text only or at least 300dpi if image contains photographic images.

General Information:
Entry to The HVAC & R Technology Expo for visitors is free and is open to the public on Thursday 16 September 2021 from 9.00am- 4.30pm and on Friday 17 September 2021 from 9.00am-4.00pm. Guests and visitors can pre-register for a lanyard here- select Visitor Only Admission option in ticketing options.
Ample parking is available onsite . Venue parking charges will apply- pre-pay at one of three machines. ($6 for the first hour then $2 every hour thereafter, capped at $18pd) or use a pre-paid parking ticket.
* An allocation of pre-paid parking tickets has been included as part of each exhibitor pack option (quantities vary depending on size of booth). Additional pre-paid carparking tickets are available to purchase for guests/ staff via the registration portal.
Additional café vouchers, Welcome Night tickets can also be purchased as required through the registration portal.
Exhibitor and Visitor Access to ASB Showgrounds is via Greenlane West (Main Gate 2).
Pack-in: “AirTouch Pavilion 3" will be open to Exhibitors from 1-6pm on Wed 15 September. If you at using a custom stand provider, they will need to co-ordinate with EHS to arrange times outside exhibitor access times.
Please note that fluoro vests are compulsory for all everybody in the venue during pack-in and pack-out- no exceptions. We advise sturdy closed toed footwear.
We will have access to a forklift with driver and a trolley jack during the designated pack-in and pack-out time.
Exhibitor derig commences once the public have been cleared from “AirTouch Pavilion 3". It is scheduled from 4.30-9.00pm on Friday 17 September 2021. (Please note that all equipment/ stands/ displays must be removed by 9pm on Fri 17 September 2021 as there is another show packing in immediately after us. Please contact us if there is an issue with this timeline.)
Access for bulk/ heavy deliveries into “AirTouch Pavilion 3" either by truck or car are around the back of the main expo building. No large items will be able to be delivered to stands through the front entrance doors.

All tickets from July event are valid for the September event and will simply transfer over. You do not need to rebook your same requirements on the registration site. You can re-print your tickets from the site for entry. We have contacted any affected parties with any individual changes to the programme and have arranged part/full refunds of their ticketed items direct with them.
