This event is to explain our proposals for network management. From 1 August 2022, if you want to operate a new licensed early childhood service you will need to seek network management approval from the Minister of Education before you apply for licensing. The purpose of network management is to support Objective 5 of the Early Learning Action Plan (2019-2029) that early learning services are part of a planned and coherent education ecosystem that is supported, accountable and sustainable.
