About this event

Stop, listen, feel. How do you know that you are breathing right now?

What can you feel? Where do you feel it? How does it feel?

How does your breathing feel in your body right now?

The quality of your thoughts and feelings presents within the quality of your breathing. The quality of your breathing presents within the quality of your thoughts and feelings. By switching your focus from your thoughts and feelings, giving your full attention to the quality of your breath, you can observe yourself. You can begin to observe the quality of your thoughts and your feelings.

How might you feel if you had more influence over the frequency of your thoughts and feelings?

How much more enjoyable might your life be if you had less suffering, and more peace within you?

SOMA Breath is a gentle, breathwork method, blending ancient pranayama techniques with music and guided visualization. This unique approach, guides participants to unlock benefits, from stress relief to heightened focus and clarity, increased physical vitality, access to deep meditative states and igniting positive change from within.

This fortnightly breathwork meditation is suitable for anyone wanting to take some time to go within and experience inner calm and relaxation. If you wish for some respite from a mind that lives in survival, constant judgement of what’s right or wrong, good or bad, or what may not even be, this class is for you.
