Whatever your goals or dreams, meditation is a powerful life skill that will help you to achieve them - even 5 minutes of daily practice will have transforming results.
Our free weekly series of meditation classes covers the ABCs of meditation - breathing and concentration techniques to remove stress and calm the mind; the use of creative visualisations and mantric chants; meditation in the spiritual heart centre; how to set up your own personal meditation program - plus discussion topics and pointers on using your meditation skills to really make a positive difference in your daily life.
Dates: Every Monday for four weeks with following options:
- JULY: Starting from Jul 4; 7.00pm to 8.00pm
- SEPT: Starting from Sep 5; 7.00pm to 8.00pm
Try to attend all of the meditation classes of your chosen option which form a structured course. Kindly do not join any course after the second session.
