Introduction to Mindfulness, for 4 weeks in March. Come and learn how to improve your life through simple mindfulness practices.

Looking for a calmer year? Wanting to improve your concentration and reduce stress? Curious about why so many people are talking about mindfulness?

Come along for a practical introduction to mindfulness. You will learn some simple techniques that you can easily introduce into your everyday life. Leading to a calmer and happier you.

Science is now proving the benefits of mindfulness. Research from the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre shows that mindfulness improves your wellbeing, physical health and mental health.

This class runs for 4 weeks, meeting every Wednesday in March starting Wednesday 6th of March.
