Description
Introduction to the Enneagram is a 2-hour workshop, where Enneagram coach Rachel King will walk you through the nine personality types; the strengths, challenges, blindspots and motivations of each of the nine types. You'll have a chance to ask questions, and meet other Enneagram enthusiasts and those new to the Enneagram.
The Enneagram is a powerful and profound tool for self-discovery and transformation. It helps us get to the heart of who we really are so we can become the best, healthiest version of ourselves.
Combining ancient widsom with modern psychology and neuroscience, the Enneagram system identifies and describes the nine personality types, which relate to the nine different ways we see the world, and the unconscious motivations and automatic habits that govern how we think, feel and act. By becoming aware of our own patterns and unconscious drivers, the Enneagram provides us with a way to understand ourselves and others better.
The Enneagram doesn't put us in a box; it shows us the box we're already in, and provides us with a map for change and transformation.
Come and join us at The Brick Barn in Grey Lynn for a glass of wine, nibbles and an evening of information and inspiration.
