Event description
Join Kaila Colbin, CEO of Boma New Zealand for a 90-minute interactive Zoom session on The Innovation / Execution Paradox™.

About this Event

If price is a barrier to accessing this programme, please email nz@boma.global so we can support you to participate.

The Innovation / Execution Paradox™ is a simple yet highly effective framework for leaders navigating the tension between the forces driving us to innovate for tomorrow, and those driving us to deliver for today.

“Kaila was great as always. So much energy, even when virtual.”

Learn to manage the tension between innovation and execution within your organisation.

Does your organisation or team want to become more innovative, but struggles to shift behaviour from business as usual?

Has it undergone, or is about to undergo, extensive change that could leave staff feeling lost and at sea?

The Innovation / Execution Paradox™ will equip you to:

  • drive culture change without alienating large groups of employees;
  • navigate conflicting tensions, e.g. stability and change, for maximum impact;
  • be equally effective at both innovation and execution.

Who should attend this session?

This interactive virtual session will be invaluable to leaders who need to:

  • gain buy-in and momentum on new ways of thinking, innovating, and executing new frameworks;
  • drive future-focused change within an organisation without destabilising operations;
  • ensure that innovation gets translated into tangible outcomes.

The Innovation / Execution Paradox™ is your opportunity to learn how to turn conflict into collaboration to create highly effective, innovation-rich, future-focused teams and organisations.
