Learn Meditation is a popular; proven series of workshops/classes that teaches life skills essential to achieving a peaceful and happy life.

About this Event

The practice of meditation is simple, yet its results are so profound. From a moment of stillness and calm each day, we can eliminate stress, improve focus and concentration, develop poise and self-esteem, solve problems and make decisions, and develop intuition and creativity. Meditation nurtures a life of infinite possibilities.

Using music, meditation, mantras and other techniques drawn from numerous spiritual traditions, our workshop introduce a programme to help you gain confidence and experience to incorporate daily meditation as an integral component of a dynamic fulfilling lifestyle.

Four evenings covering the ABC’s of learning meditation and progressing on to more advanced skills and techniques.

Dates: October 1, 8, 21, 29: Please note, these feature two consecutive Tuesday evenings, a third Monday evening then a final Tuesday evening.

Times: 6:00 – 7:30pm nightly, with longer sessions on the last two evenings to introduce meditation-music, special interest topics and guest speakers. .

Try to attend each of the 3 or 4 sessions of your chosen option as these are progressive, structured courses – no newcomers after the second session please.
