Is cheese stopping you from going more plantbased? Learn easy, simple ways to bring delicious cheese flavour into your vegan food creations.

About this Event

This course takes you on a cheese-crafting journey, opening up the world of vegan cheese made from a variety of plantbased ingredients. You will get a strong grounding in the basics of vegan cheesemaking with the tools ie recipes, know-how and confidence to start making your own cheeses straight away. You will also have the opportunity to sample a range of different cheeses, meet new people and have a relaxing, fun afternoon/ evening.

We suggest you leave room to eat :-)

There will be a 15 min break halfway through.

We will cover basic nut culturing techniques but more advanced culturing and aging techniques are covered on another course.
