Antonia Watson - Managing Director - Retail and Business Banking at ANZ

Antonia has had a diverse career in financial services across four countries. She is currently Managing Director - Retail and Business Banking at ANZ New Zealand. Prior to that she was Chief Financial Officer and she joined ANZ in 2009 as Financial Controller.

Prior to ANZ she worked for Morgan Stanley in Hungary as General Manager of their business services and technology centre that served North America and Europe. She also worked for Morgan Stanley in Sydney as Head of Finance and Infrastructure, and in various finance roles in London. She obtained her Chartered Accountancy qualification at KPMG in Auckland.

Liz Maguire - Head of Digital & Transformation at ANZ

Innovation often comes at the intersection of different disciplines and that's where Liz comes in.

She is a transformational leader, and she loves leading large programmes of change that fundamentally improve customer experience in a business.

She is very interested in how digital capability can work with traditional channels and at ANZ she is making great in-roads at bringing the omni-channel dream to life.

Tara Lorigan – Founder, CEO at Co.OfWomen

Tara was made a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to Business and Women in 2016.

Tara started out in the IT industry as a marketer progressing into a range of senior roles in NZ and the UK for multi-nationals such as Apple, Sun, IBM and 3Com. She moved to working with smaller businesses during the dot com boom and ultimately to a fab start-up in London. Tara moved back to NZ when the boom went bust and founded her own business to support smaller home grown businesses like Pita Bread Ltd and the iconic Bookabach grow. Things took a further turn when she took up the role of running the country’s award winning Business Incubator, the AUT Innovation Park where, alongside start-up entrepreneurs, she developed the Incubators highly successful Rapid Growth Programme winning a Vero ‘Excellence in Business’ award for that. Next she decided to try to develop a business that could grow beyond herself and started a research project that led to the launch of Co.OfWomen, a membership-based business development organisation, developed and led by entrepreneurs to support entrepreneurial success.

Ginny Openshaw – Director, Institutional Relationships

Ginny has worked in financial services for the last 12 years holding diverse roles in structured credit, derivative sales, corporate finance and relationship management. Prior to this she spent 6 years as a lawyer in litigation, managed funds and structured finance. These roles have enabled her to work in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Australia and provided experience in all aspects of corporate banking, investment banking and legal structuring.

Look forward to seeing you all there.
