Are you a mum with a baby that loves to be with you all of the time?

Dont want to find a babysitter or worry about what your little one is doing while you exercies?

Are you a Kanga regular, or never tried Kangatraining at all?

I'd love to have you along for a fun pop up class in Hornby's Warren Park. We'll go through some basic abdominal stregthening exercises then snuggle our little ones into carriers while we dance, squat and lunge our way to fitter, healthier Mums. The end of class is a time to chat and take care of our pelvic floor with some gentle exercises to re-stregthen. All our exercises are designed with the help of pelvic floor physio's and are approved by Continence NZ to ensure a safe, fun workout.

Our classes aren't rushed and there's no pressure if some exercises are too difficult. Im happy to make any adjustments to suit your personal needs. If you need to stop and feed or settle your baby, please do whatever you need to.

The bonus of being in the park is there's no rush to leave so feel free to bring some snacks and mingle with the other mums after class.

Should the weather decide not to play ball the back up venue is the Hornby Rollerdrome on Garvins Rd. Jump on my facebook page and let me know you're coming so we can stay in touch and I can direct you to the right venue on the day!

You MUST fill out a health questionnaire once purchasing a ticket so please contact me on facebook or email sarah.a@kangatraining.co.nz and I'll send you one to fill out. Its important to note you must be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum after a normal, uncomplicated vaginal birth. C-section mummies, I'm sorry but you need to wait until you are at least 12 weeks postpartum. We dont want to cause any unnecessary pain or discomfort.

Unfortunately there are some carriers that aren't suitable to exercise in, but I will be in touch should this be the case and I have pleanty of spares you can borrow on the day.
