Facilitator Bio

As Community Recreation and Sport Programme Manager at Recreation Aotearoa for the past eight years, Esther has provided leadership and inspiring professional development to the sector through conferences, webinars, workshops, forums and more.

As a long-term community developer, Esther has worked is committed to equity, equity and social inclusion. She has initiated and supported a wide range of successful, multiple partner projects with community, public, and private partners. For a bit of light relief, Esther likes family escapes to the bush, growing vegetables in her windy garden and late night jazz piano.
