About this event

These classes are aimed at children between 5-10 years old and include:

  • Learning about the importance of bees, pollination, honey production, and what goes on inside a hive
  • A 3D bee experience
  • Honey tasting
  • Queen spotting on a live frame of bees
  • Dressing up as a beekeeper
  • Seeds to plant at home that help support pollinator health in your area.

This class is taught by Comvita beekeeper, Noelani Waters.

Parents/caregivers are free, please one parent/caregiver per family as space is limited.

All proceeds of this class go to support our Harmony Partnership with the charitable trust, For the Love of Bees.
