Korea's Green Shipping Pathways 대한민국녹색해운: 기회와도전

Pacific Environment (PE) and Solutions for Our Climate (SFOC) are pleased to invite you to a seminar entitled “Korea’s Green Shipping Pathways” to discuss the current progress, examine the challenges and opportunities as well as the necessary policies to accelerate the decarbonization of Korea’s shipping industry.

There is a need for a concerted effort to bring together Korean shipping companies, the government, investors, and other key domestic and international stakeholders to align on policies and transition strategies, and promote an exchange of learning on current challenges, potential solutions, and desired policy frameworks.

The event will be divided into two sessions. During the first half, four experts will present a comprehensive introduction of current efforts to decarbonize shipping in Korea and other regions. In the second half, there will be a 60-minute panel discussion amongst representatives from industry and research institutions on the current progress and future opportunities of green fuel.
