To conclude the 2021 NZ International Science Festival, join us under te marama, the moon, for two engaging talks.
Victoria Campbell has a passion for te reo me ōhona tikaka, mātauraka Māori including Māori astronomy, and the natural world. Victoria will share kōrero about her interests and research with a focus on Matariki and the maramataka.
Brendan Flack was a crew member on Haunui Waka, and was part of the Te Mana o Te Moana voyage in 2011 and 2012. He will speak about the voyage then and it’s implications in 2021 and into the future.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
