About this event
Combining BREATH, SOUND and MOVEMENT to increase your vitality, calm your nervous system and balance body, mind and soul, Kundalini Yoga is often called “THE YOGA OF AWARENESS”
It’s a beautiful practice that blends movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation - Be guided through simple movements to ease physical tension, breathwork to soothe your nervous system, or mantras and meditations to help you reconnect with your sense of self, creating balance in the body, mind, and emotions.
This ancient practice meets us in a modern, practical way—offering simple, supportive practices and tools that can be powerful in helping you:
~ Feel calmer and more grounded
~ Improve emotional regulation and resilience
~ Release tension and experience physical ease
~ Reconnect with your intuition
~ Feel clearer, lighter, and more centred
You don’t need any yoga experience to benefit. Everything I share is gentle, easy to follow, and will meet you where you are at.

WHO IS THE HOST and WHY DOES SHE DO THIS?
I am Lisa Scott, I am a certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga, a holistic wellbeing coach, counsellor, and registered HeartMath® Mentor.
I support those who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Working alongside you, I help uncover what you truly need to live each day better and guide you back to a life where you can consistently return to your own place of peace.
Whether you’re navigating life’s daily challenges, healing from difficult relationships, or longing for a deeper connection with yourself, my strengths are supporting you in rediscovering your calm and living the life you truly desire.
As a proud resident of North Canterbury, I care deeply about the wellbeing of our community and believe everyone deserves to feel heard, accepted, and empowered. By bringing people together across all walks of life, we strengthen not only ourselves, but the relationships, families, and communities we’re part of.
