About this event

This course will cover the leadership and management skills that are required to extend competency for those who have previous leadership experience. The course consists of two full day workshops that focus on developing an organisational level perspective of leading. It aims to deepen self-awareness to support self-management to positively impact relationships with others.


Key audience

This course is suitable for people who have at least 12 month’s leadership experience and who would like to develop their competency further. It is also suitable for those who have mastered the foundations of leadership and now have their sights set on taking their skills to the next level.


Learning outcomes

  • Deepen self-awareness to support the development of self-management strategies to positively impact relationships with others.
  • Develop an organisational level perspective of leadership.
  • Learn how to respond to multiple stakeholder groups through effective relationship building.
  • Apply key components to effective coaching conversations for team member development.

Duration: Two day, in person course.
Time: 9am–4pm, both days
