About this event

  • 27 JULY / 3 AUG / 10 AUG / 17 AUG / 24 AUG, 2021
  • 3PM - 6PM (NZST on Zoom)

For senior, executive and community leaders across Aotearoa, LEAD TO TRANSFORM will equip you with practical tools you can apply immediately to a current leadership challenge (in the workplace or community) - in any unsettling time.

LEAD TO TRANSFORM embeds the unique kaupapa of Leadership NZ - a targeted Programme of 5 x 3-hour sessions that will empower participants to lead transformation in themselves, in others and in a disrupted world through practical leadership tools they can apply immediately to work or community.

The weekly pace is designed to allow busy leaders the opportunity to grow without significant time commitment.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore and gain benefit from:

  • A new lens of thinking about how to lead and address a specific, real-life leadership challenge you have in this COVID world
  • For Organisations - participants you sponsor will deliver a new lens on complex contexts and make progress on an existing leadership challenge
  • Peer-support via small groups and with the broader Leadership NZ community
  • Leading Self / Leading others / Leading for purpose
