Overview:

The Leaders of Tomorrow 2024 is a 3-day residential leadership programme held at the beautiful Shakespear Park, Whangaparāoa. Utlising both classroom based theory learning and expertiential outdoor learning, participants are encouraged to test their limits to see what they are capable of.

Objectives:

• Manage pressure effectively by understanding perceptions of risk, obstacles and opportunities
• Develop an understanding of Emotional Intelligence and its importance for leadership
• Investigate what leadership behaviours you are interested in developing
• Discover the factors that make a High Performing Team
• Develop techniques to manage our time and understand organisational processes
• Explore all of the above in an exploratory setting at Shakespear Park

A one-off course cost of $1,575 + GST includes:

• Bunk style accomodation (travel not included)
• Catered food and drink for 3 days
• Outdoor activities

• Two psychological development profiles
• A Personalised Development Action Plan
