In-person Leadership Action Network Breakfast

About this Event

Diversity and Inclusion is an important social focus but only Neurodiversity - part of the Diversity and Inclusion agenda is shown to have an impact on the bottom line.

We all know that our brains are different but how often do we stop to think about what this really means for us and our interactions with others? Understanding Neurodiversity is a key component that underpins personal mental wellness, building 'true' psychological safety and developing effective influencing skills as leaders.

At this breakfast with Natasya Tucker and Anton Ashcroft from Divergenthinking we'll be diving into:

1. What is Neurodiversity?

2. What is the power of Neurodiversity?

3. What is going on internationally

4. Taking a neurodiverse lens to business

5. Bridging the knowing - doing gap

This is an opportunity for knowledge building, interactions, and questions in a safe psychological space for leaders.
