Leading by Learning: Online course August 2025

Leading by Learning is both a theory and practice of effective, ethical educational leadership that enables you to make significant progress on the problems of practice that prevent you or your colleagues from achieving improvement goals.

Leading by Learning is the evolution of the seminal work of Argyris and Schön, whose 30-year research programme described why leaders struggled to create the organisational and interpersonal cultures that build trust, honesty, and collective commitment to solve important problems.

This workshop is delivered online in four 1/2 sessions on the following dates and times:

• 19 August (1:00 pm - 5:00 pm)
• 21 August (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)
• 2 September (9:00 am to 1:00 pm)
• 4 September (1:00 pm to 5:00 pm)

The course fee is $866 + GST per person.

This includes:

• the cost of the two-day workshop
• a one-year subscription to the Leading by Learning online hub (a value of $200!)

We are encouraging teams to attend these workshops. To support this, we would like to offer a 10% discount off the total fee for three or more participants from a school or kura.
