Family is at the heart of discipleship - but for many pastors and leaders, navigating family dynamics in ministry can be overwhelming, isolating, and painful. In this mornig workshop for pastors and lay-leaders, Ron and Nan Deal (authors of The Mindful Marriage and global leaders in blended family ministry) invite us into their personal story of failure, grief, redemption, and calling.
Through honest interviews and practical teaching, we'll explore what it means to lead with humility, seek help in hard times, and care for those walking through unimaginable loss.
