Event description

Description

LIMITED OFFER - Buy one ticket by Sunday midnight and bring along a colleague for FREE. This way you surround yourself with people who are skilled in resolving differences.

On average we are spending 2.1 hours per week dealing with conflict at work (CPP, Human Capital Report 2008). We have all seen situations where people with different personalities, goals and needs struggled to work out their differences in a constructive way. As a consequence people are getting stressed, frustrated and distracted from what matters.

Great leaders can create positive and constructive relationships. Great leaders know how to utilise the different strengths in their team for the benefit of each individual and organisation. Great leaders have the emotional intelligence and understanding to turn differences into opportunities.

This practical workshop takes you through the successful Model of Resolving Differences which every leader should have in their toolbox.

Please contact Stefan for any questions on 027 681 4703 or stefan@diversityinstitute.co.nz
