Join us for a Lean Factory Tour and Workshop at Spex Seating in Rolleston, a local manufacturer on an inspiring Lean and Continuous Improvement journey.

Spex Seating designs and manufactures specialised wheelchair seating for children and adults with significant disabilities since 1990. With a high level of customisation in their work, managing workflow efficiently is critical.

In recent months, Spex has made strategic factory floor changes that have improved workflow efficiency, boosted productivity, and strengthened staff engagement - demonstrating a strong commitment to Lean principles and the power of practical, targeted improvements, including:
