Let's Meditate is a popular and proven series of classes that teaches life skills essential to achieving a peaceful and happy life.

About this Event

The practice of meditation is simple, yet its results are so profound. From a moment of stillness and calm each day, we can eliminate stress, improve focus and concentration, develop poise and self-esteem, solve problems and make decisions, and develop intuition and creativity. Meditation nurtures a life of infinite possibilities.

Using music, meditation, mantras and other techniques drawn from numerous spiritual traditions, our two evening classes introduce a programme to help you gain confidence and experience to incorporate daily meditation as an integral component of a dynamic fulfilling lifestyle.

Date: Beginners series Every Thursday for 4 weeks starting from October 3; 7-8pm
