This event is aimed at expert Scrum Masters who are looking to achieve the highest level of mastery of Scrum.
In this ongoing pathway, you'll spend 3 hours per month in a guided learning session using 'Dysfunction Mapping' to create and discuss Scrum related stories.
You'll be given a series of potential problems with a Scrum team, and you'll learn how to identify a Scrum dysfunction, hypothesise a solution, and measure a change, which you'll then relate back to Scrum Values and principles.
This will give you the tools you need to more easily answer example essay questions like the kind you'd get in high level Scrum Exams, as well as help you with real problem solving skills in your Scum teams.
Attendees should already have a A-CSM or PSM2 to attend, as this is aimed at people who are going for advanced certifications like PSM3/PST, CST or RST.
