About this event
This is the booking site for the registration fee for the 3-day on line retreat. The programme is designed to help draw you closer to your inherent nature, and to support the well being of your body, mind and spirit during this lock down time. We 'meet' on ZOOM twice daily for 75 minutes, and in between, there is a programme of mindfulness practice for you to follow, with links, to mindfulness practices, breathing practices, qi gong movements and awareness through movement sessions. Please note: this retreat is for those with at least a little experience of mindfulness practice,, but is fine for beginners to qi gong and breath practice.
The remainder of the fee is by koha or dana, meaning generosity
ZOOM sessions:
SAT 7pm intro ZOOM session
SUNDAY ZOOM sessions at 9.30am and 3.30pm
MONDAY ZOOM sessions at 9.30am and 3.30pm
TUESDAY final ZOOM session at 11am
