We’re closing out the year with Gratitude & Reflectiona. A beautiful chance to pause, celebrate how far you’ve come, acknowledge the lessons that shaped you, and set intentions for what’s next.

And because this is our final gathering of the year, we’re making it extra special.

We’ll start the morning with gentle yoga to open the body, followed by sound healing to bring calm, grounding, and spaciousness before we drop into reflection.

From there, we’ll move into our signature end-of-year session:

✨ Sharing our reflections
✨ Choosing a guiding Word of the Year for 2026. A simple yet powerful way to bring clarity and intention into the year ahead.

To finish, anyone who’d love to linger a little longer is invited to join us for a relaxed bring-a-plate picnic. It’s the perfect way to connect, share delicious food, and celebrate the end of the year together.

What to bring:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat or towel (+ cushion if you’d like)
🧺 A picnic blanket + a plate of food to share if joining the picnic
🌊 A towel + togs if you fancy a afternoon beach swim too
🤍 Just come as you are; comfy, open, and ready to wrap up 2025 in the most nourishing way

This is a beautiful way to close the year: grounding yourself, celebrating your growth, and stepping into 2026 with intention, clarity, connection, and community.
