Do I need a yoga mat to practice breathwork ?

No, this is a workshop-style session. You'll be seated comfortably in a comfy chair while I guide you through a presentation filled with science-backed insights about breathwork. We’ll also practice a few powerful breathwork techniques together.

Do I need to wear gym wear ?

You're welcome to if you'd like, but it's not necessary as we won’t be doing any stretches. Most attendees come in their work or corporate attire.
