When children and teens seem stuck, real change begins with understanding.
This 20 session online course will help to make sense of kids, the concerns they might present with and what true development looks like. As we look through the lenses of attachment, vulnerability and maturation, we will discover a deep, profound and fresh understanding which will guide us as to how we can best help them to reach their full potential.
This course is relevant for parents, caregivers, educatiors, counsellors, social workers , youth workers, etc and provides a great opportunity for those who would like to gain foundational studies of the Neufeld approach.
This course will be facilitated by members of the Neufeld Aotearoa team. During the online sessions we will watch together recorded teaching segments from Dr Gordon Neufeld and offer discussion, experiential activities as well as many examples from the facilitators experience with this approach.
The sessions will be held on Tuesday evenings 7 pm - 8.45 pm
starting Tuesday 7 October - 2 December (then pausing for summer holidays)
