Man, Know Yourself!

Self-knowledge is a skill that anyone can develop, much like any other skill or craft.

However, we need to be taught how to do it. In the same way that we can’t make quality furniture without learning carpentry, or become an airline pilot without specific training, we can’t know ourselves without learning the techniques of Self-knowledge.

There is no reason that we should stay the way we are, especially if we want to change, but don't know how. A superior 'level of Being' is possible if we know what to do.
