This workshop is designed for change agents and teams who are ready to critically examine their position and bias, challenge inequities, and take deliberate steps toward achieving equity and excellence.
Together, we will deepen our critical consciousness and strengthen our ability to enact change. This session will equip you with:
- Arotake Whaiaro: a guide for self-review and reflective practice
- Resources to surface implicit bias
- Strategic thinking tools to refine and strengthen your improvement plans in alignment with Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Through kōrero, collaboration, and critical reflection, you will refine your approach, ensuring that ākonga Māori are at the centre of your teaching and learning practices and navigate how to lead others to do the same.
