This programme gives business owners and managers practical tools to manage their workforce during disruption or change. The focus is on building resilience through clear processes, planning, and well-defined responsibilities.
Participants are guided through practical strategies for workforce planning and succession planning so they can identify critical roles and maintain continuity when conditions shift. The workshop also covers how to manage contractual entitlements and employee discussions during market or environmental change.
Participants create SOPs, role handover plans, and RASCI frameworks to help reduce operational risk and support smoother transitions. The programme uses real case studies and interactive exercises so every business leaves with templates and action plans that can be applied straight away.

Registering your interest on Eventbrite doesn’t commit you to the workshop. Our team will get in touch to confirm the fit for your organisation and guide you through the funding and enrolment steps.
Co-funding is managed by the Regional Business Partner Network and isn’t guaranteed. Eligibility is confirmed only once a Growth Advisor has completed an assessment.
